The application identifies the current location by IP address when the app being downloaded. Also the application collects UID ("unique device ID") as part of sign up process - UID is very unique to every mobile device. Since myADs app is a paid advertisement model, we wanted to restrict number of mobile numbers that are associated per device. We do not use the UID for any other purpose. myADs app deals with the ads of user’s personal interests in the current locations. The ads will be provided by the respective advertiser directly or through qualified advertiser agencies. Since myADs app is a paid advertisement platform for the users, it's very important to showcase the user demographics (employment status, gender and location). It really helps the advertisers to target the right audience using the demographic information. Most importantly, myADs app keeps the users mobile number as private and do not share the full contact number of the user to any advertiser. For instance, myADs app showcases the partial phone number (I.e. +91 123XXXX456) to the advertiser to prove the engagement. Along with the mashed mobile number, the details like users locations, IP, time stamp (accessed time) and related. This way, the users will not have any direct marketing campaigns from the advertisers. myADs app only sends the relevant offers to the users on behalf of the advertisers (if there any in the near future). Please note that any Personal Information of the users which is collected being owned and used internally.
The advertiser can always provide a forwarding link to the user immediately after watching the Ad - in terms of buy now, subscription now, download app etc. These actions are solely depend on the user’s personal preferences. myADs app is not at all responsible for any privacy policies on any 3rd party links or websites provided by the advertiser. We always caution the users to act accordingly. We recommend that you review the privacy policy and end user terms associated with each of these third party websites and Applications to determine their respective information collection. We are not in any way responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third party websites, services or Applications.
We use the hardware infrastructure which is located in Singapore. Your information may be stored and processed within our servers which are located in Singapore. We may store your information in Singapore or any other country where myADs has facilities, and by using our application.
We treat information as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
